虽然在《Aston Martin》官方于2019年10月上旬于社群媒体网站所释出的《Aston Martin Vantage Roadster》首批影像仍是原型车身份，但是几乎已经退去了先前被捕捉到间谍影像时所披的着的厚重伪装。在车头以及车尾部份《Aston Martin Vantage Roadster》几乎完整保留了目前硬顶版《Aston Martin Vantage》具有高度辨识性的设计元素，而在採用双座设定下也让《Aston Martin Vantage Roadster》即便关上敞篷也能拥有简洁流畅的车顶线条。
虽然目前《Aston Martin》官方并未透露太多有关《Aston Martin Vantage Roadster》的产品资讯，但是外界一般预料新车将搭载与硬顶版《Aston Martin Vantage》相同源自《Mercedes-AMG》的4.0升V8双涡轮增压引擎，或许在因应敞篷身形机构车重略增的情况下《Aston Martin Vantage Roadster》的身手可能将稍稍不如硬顶兄弟。
