虽然在《Aston Martin》官方于2019年10月上旬于社群媒体网站所释出的《Aston Martin Vantage Roadster》首批影像仍是原型车身份，但是几乎已经退去了先前被捕捉到间谍影像时所披的着的厚重伪装。在车头以及车尾部份《Aston Martin Vantage Roadster》几乎完整保留了目前硬顶版《Aston Martin Vantage》具有高度辨识性的设计元素，而在採用双座设定下也让《Aston Martin Vantage Roadster》即便关上敞篷也能拥有简洁流畅的车顶线条。
